If Kimbella Vanderhee was on Basketball Wives, she would have known NOT to do—what she did—to get the crap punched, kicked and stomped – out of her on VH1’s season 2 premiere of Love & Hip Hop.  But since Kimbella wasn’t aware, Chrissy Lampkin had to make it known that she was true to the network’s reality format of the surprise “pop” when it comes to messy b*tches.

And the queen of VH1’s “be ready to bob and weave if you’re gonna’ talk sh*t” brawler, Tami Roman of Basketball Wives, made her approval known to her Twitter followers after last night’s show.

“Chrissy karate kicked that chick!!! Oh sh*t…I don’t know Y chicks don’t get prepared-u can’t just sit there w/somebody like Chrissy,” Roman tweeted.

To give you a bit of information as to how this began, Chrissy, the fiancé of Jim Jones, was defending her friend Emily Bustamente, who was previously in a 9-year relationship with rapper Fabolous.  If anyone watched the last season, they’d know that Emily was in a somewhat troubling relationship with the rapper—who apparently took her for granted and had various relationships with other women.

Enter Kimbella.

Kimbella, who described herself as a model, singer, actress and “diva,” is the current girlfriend of Jones’ Dipset member, Juelz Santana.

Well, Kimbella felt it was her duty to inform Emily that she, too, had a relationship with Fabolous during the time Emilywas pregnant with the rapper’s child.  What made matters worse; she made the announcement at an “independence” party Emily was hosting in celebration of her decision to end the tumultuous relationship and move on with her life.

Well Chrissy thought that was out of line and showed her exactly how she felt about it, by beating the holy hell out of Kimbella.

“I think everybody that watches the show feels like Emily doesn’t defend herself the way we would like to see her do,” Chrissy said in a VH1 interview before the show aired. Chrissy said she was upset over how Kimbella showed no regard for what Emily had just been through and it wasn’t the appropriate time to reveal that bit of news.

Chrissy said she was just caught up in the moment at the time of the attack and it wasn’t personal.  Personal or not, we know it hurt like hell.  Chrissy pretended she was going to step away from the madness and take a breather, but attacked Kimbella, and let’s just say, we wouldn’t want to cross her in a dark alley—or a lit room either.

Kimbella tried to “save face” and tell herself she was still pretty while she was fixing herself up.

We at Lip Service:  News with Attitude ABSOLUTELY HATE the catfights between the wives, girlfriends, ex-best friends on the reality shows today, but sometimes…we just sit back and say, “Somebody had it coming.”

And Tami seems to agree, she tweeted, “Everybody got something 2say about Chrissy-she was standing up 4-her girl- ride or die….I mighta done the same.”

As if there’s any question, I mean, know one can forget the infamous “Meeka pop”……
