If Muhammad can’t go to the mountain – don’t worry – the “mountains” can go to Muhammad. At least an innovative group of scantily clad “party girls” figured out a way to do it.
Detroit police were a little disturbed when the “Booty Lounge” mobile strip club parked — and partied — outside the Detroit Lions game, giving new meaning to the word, “tailgating.”
The Facebook page for the bus said the mobile strip service can be hired for parties. And if you need ladies, they’ve got you covered.
The tricked-out black and red bus comes fully equipped with dance poles, a smoke machine, laser lights and a sound system.
The bus often parks outside numerous public events and invite anyone interested to “pay” for a visit inside.
Well, the bus got a lot of attention after stirring up some excitement outside a Detroit Lions game, and after a local news station did a little undercover investigating, police started to do a little digging, according to the Detroit News.
Nothing has come of the incident yet, but police said the bus appears to be illegal.
“Ostensibly, it’s an illegal establishment,” Detroit Police Ralph Godbee Jr. said. “The same thing that would regulate that type of activity in a strip club would be applicable to that vehicle. We’re going to police it very aggressively through our investigation.
Now, one thing that is of particular interest to police, is a photo from the Booty Lounge’s website that showed two officers posing with a woman. It is unknown when the photo was taken.
Well, we bet a lot of people just got some great ideas for tailgating in their towns….HMMMMMM….
