Such a sweet ending! Call this the shout out of the century! After James Wright Chanel “sang” his praises over Ms. Patti Labelle’s pies and the video went viral, the pies flew off the shelves, leaving Walmart stores across the country out of stock.
Now, a little bit of backlash came on the heels of it because word spread that Ms. Patti did not credit the video with being the reason for the increased sales, and social media cried foul!
Well, it’s time to let it all go. The legendary songbird/ diva invited James to her home for Thanksgiving dinner, and the two made beautiful music together.
He got to dance and sing “You Are Mr Friend” with his idol. And trust me, that is worth more than anything in this world.
