WEBSTER, Texas—A Webster man is facing charges for getting a teen girl intoxicated, then raping her while his cameras were rolling, according to the Harris County District Attorney’s Office.
Elric Shawn Millner, 24, was charged with aggravated sexual assault.
The victim told police that on August 3, 2010, she visited Millner at his apartment. She was only 17 years old at the time. Millner had given her so much alcohol that night, she could not remember what happened, but when she woke up the next day, he showed her some disturbing videos.
One video showed Millner forcing the young woman to perform various sexual acts on him, according to police. The victim was vomiting and urinating on herself because she was so drunk, while Millner laughed at her expense.
Another video showed Millner asking the teen to engage in a certain sex act with him, but she could be heard saying “No.” That is when Millner ignored her and forced himself upon her anyway, according to documents.
The teen girl could be heard begging him to stop because she was in pain, but Millner ignored her, telling her she knew she liked it.
The victim stayed silent about the assault for over a year, until she confided in her new boyfriend about what happened.
The boyfriend told her what she was describing sounded like a clear case of rape and urged her to go to police.
The boyfriend – who was an MP with the U.S. Marines—then tracked down Millner, struck up a false friendship with him and convinced him to show him the video.
After seeing it, he agreed it appeared to be against his girlfriend’s will and told what he witnessed to authorities.
Charges were filed against Millner in July 2012 and no bond was given.
