What started out as a fun hunting trip between friends turned into a horrifying situation for one teenage boy. Brayden Neilson, a 14-year old from Utah, was found on Sunday morning around 6 a.m. after being lost in the wilderness for about 28 hours.
Originally Brayden was walking to the car and became confused with the trail. As he kept walking he began to go further into the woods.
“I really thought I was should have been dead, Neilson told ABC News. “ I saw two pairs of head lights. I started walking to them. I think God led me the whole way through, all the way through there and I think he found me some help.”
When found, the teen was said to have signs of hypothermia and may have been hallucinating from exhaustion as many 911 calls to the police indicated.
