Houstonians have a new drug and alcohol treatment facility that opened on January 15 in Deer Park at 4525 Glenwood Avenue. The facility provides 15 beds for detoxification.
The treatment center is staffed by licensed professionals who are trained and experienced in drug treatment methodologies that follow a specific medical model used by the Cenikor Foundation in other clinical settings. The focus, of the treatment center, is to help individuals achieve sobriety in order to move forward with their lives. Costs of treatment is covered through individual health insurance, private funds, State funding, or Medicaid.
