HOUSTON — Many of us down here in H-Town may have HEARD about Fatburger, but we never had a chance to taste any unless we ran across one of the iconic restaurants while traveling in another city. Well, times are comin’ to a change–somewhat.
Since July 15th, the West Coast burger chain has been stopping by Walmart locations all throughout the United States in their mobile food trucks. Their tour, Fatburger Across America, will visit nearly 1,000 Walmart stores located throughout 35 states to hand out free burger samples to hungry shoppers and fans. In addition to the tasty burger topped with Kraft Singles, A.1 sauce and Claussen relish and pickles, shoppers will be provided with Coke Zero refreshments to accompany the snacks.
The Fatburger Across America tour coincides with the introduction of Fatburger frozen beef patties in more than 3,100 Walmart stores. The tour will be stopping by several Houston Walmart stores on August 16th and August 17th.
