Skinny jeans, sneakers and a b*thcin’ guitar; that’s what the new Chuck E. Cheese will be rocking! The dorky skater mouse repping “Where a Kid Can Be a Kid” is getting a much-needed makeover! (But we all love dorky….it’s safe!)
The 35-year-old party/pizza zone is not only revamping their mascot’s wardrobe, they are changing that (annoying) voice, too.
The new Chuck E. will be voiced by Jaret Reddick, the lead singer of the punk band, “Bowling for Soup.” Reddick already has some experience with the animated ones, he previously did voice work on Disney’s “Phineas and Ferb.”
Chuck E.’s “new –do” is part of an effort to help boost sagging sales.
Hey, every time I take my little ones, they get lost in a sea of screaming kids. They actually want more? Yikes!
