Designers and models, get ready to rip the runway, and fashion lovers, get ready for some excitement. Fashion Is Everything is back for 2015! Riding high on the success of last year’s fashion show, organizers decided to raise the bar to execute another phenomenal production for the city of Houston.

During this highly-anticipated event, attendees will see a world class production featuring Houston’s hottest up-and-coming fashion designers, as well as designs from some of the world’s premiere brands in fashion.

The Session TV Show will be filming the event and capturing interviews on the red carpet and with the individual designers.  During the show, there will be live performances, two DJs, an amazing light show and several vendors to shop with.

Model and The Session TV show host Chasity Bobino is excited to see the event in the Bayou City.

“Houston is known for its diversity and art. To me, Fashion is art! It’s also something that really isn’t highlighted in our city. When you think of “High Fashion,” you would normally think of New York or Paris. It feels good to say and show that it also exist here in Houston. Better yet, home! And I’m thrilled to be a part of it,” Bobino said.  “Fashion Is Everything is going to give the models and designers the best of both worlds. They luxury of showcasing their talents to one another all while at home. It’s giving them the opportunity to make their mark, and walk up to other doors of opportunity. Just a year ago, I was a model in Fashion Is Everything. And now I’m hosting The Session TV Show. So who knows what you may be doing next!”

Monarch Worldwide Entertainment CEO Michael Jefferson decided to showcase the event to shine a light on local talent.  He believes this is the start of something big for the city.

“I see Fashion Is Everything being a major platform that will leverage all local aspiring models and designers. Fashion Is Everything will raise the bar and become the standard in Houston,” Jefferson said.

Organizers say the mission is to showcase health and wellness throughout the community, with focus on Lupus awareness and childhood obesity.

The event will be held Saturday, May 30 at The Health Museum at 1515 Herman Drive. Doors will be open to the public at 6 p.m. and the fashion show will begin at 8 p.m. The Session will air post coverage of Fashion Is Everything 2015 on Mega TV Ch. 55, Att-Uverse, Comcast and Dish Network.
