Can you imagine what it felt like when he scratched off those winning numbers? Dare to dream, right?
Emmanuel Vinton of Richmond claimed a Texas Two Step® jackpot prize worth $1.25 million for the drawing held on May 11. For selling the winning ticket, the Eagle Mart at 14884 Westheimer in Houston is eligible for a $10,000 retailer bonus. Vinton’s Quick Pick matched all four of the white ball numbers drawn (3-8-16-31), and the Bonus Ball number (21).
The claimant requested minimal publicity.
Texas Two Step jackpots start at $200,000, and the jackpot amount increases for the next drawing until there is a winner. Players win the jackpot by matching all four of the white ball numbers (1-35) and the Bonus Ball number (1-35). The game features overall odds of one in 32.4. Texas Two Step drawings are conducted on Mondays and Thursdays at 10:12 p.m. CT.
