Genders of the Carter twins revealed; who’s the oldest cutie?

Rumi and Sir Carter’s genders are revealed and it looks like Blu Ivy has a little brother and a little sister! According to Essence.com, the Carter twins birth certificates were obtained by TMZ and reveal that the newborns are a girl and boy.
