Just in time for 4/20 on April 20, Earth Day on April 22 and Willie Nelson’s 84th birthday on April 29, Hopdoddy is rolling out a brand new seasonal burger special called the Red Headed Stranger.

It was a sea — and by sea we mean a packed house and parking lot — full of the best Japanese cuisine and cocktails the Bayou City may have ever tasted, add to it a bumping DJ and excited guests…..and you have one heck of a pre-grand opening reception! Why not, because Houston, we definitely have something to shout about! AGU Ramen has made its mainland debut in Houston.

Houston Astros owner Jim Crane is opening his second Italian restaurant in downtown Houston on Friday. Osso & Kristalla is a casual trattoria located next door to Potente, an upscale restaurant (also owned by Crane) that opened earlier this month.

[Sidenote: I am a card-carrying Landry’s Select Club member, and my children and I dine at Saltgrass Steakhouse at least twice a month. One of my favorite places, so this is very exciting news for the Baytown area.]
